1. What types of power tool batteries do you offer?

We provide high-quality lithium-ion batteries for most popular power tool brands in the US and EU, including Dewalt, Makita, Bosch, Milwaukee, and more. Our batteries come in 14.4V, 18V, 20V, 128VF, 388VF, 928VF, with capacities from 10000mAh to 22500mAh, widely used for chainsaws, drills, angle grinders, impact wrenches, and other cordless power tools.

2. Are your batteries compatible with my original tools?

Our batteries are designed as replacement batteries that match the voltage, connector, and structure of original tools.

Please double-check your original battery model, voltage, and shape before ordering.

If you’re unsure, send us your tool brand and model, and we will confirm compatibility for you.

3. How long do your batteries last?

Under normal use, our lithium batteries support 500–1000 charge-discharge cycles.

Lifespan varies by usage habits: avoid full discharge, overheating, and leaving batteries unused at 0% for long periods.

4. How long does it take to fully charge a battery?

Charging time depends on capacity and charger:

10000mAh: about 1.5–2 hours
22500mAh: about 3–4 hours

We strongly recommend using a matching charger for safe and fast charging.

5. Are your batteries safe and certified?

Yes. All batteries include built-in multi-protection:

Over-charge / Over-discharge protection
Short-circuit / Over-heat protection
Cell voltage balance

They are CE, FCC, RoHS certified and meet safety standards for the US and EU markets.

6. Do you ship to the US and Europe? How long?

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and most EU countries.

Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
Express shipping: 3–5 business days

All orders include a tracking number.

7. Will I pay customs duties or import tax?

EU: We use IOSS for private buyers; most small orders have no extra customs fees.
US: Orders under $800 are duty-free.

Any duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility under local import laws. We provide a full commercial invoice for smooth customs clearance.

8. What warranty do you offer?

All our batteries come with a 12-month warranty.

If there is a manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse, water damage, or improper charging), we offer free replacement or repair.

9. How to store batteries long-term?

For storage over 1 month:

Charge to 50–70% first
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat
Charge and discharge once every 3 months to maintain performance

10. Can I use another brand charger?

We recommend using BATTGLOBAL matching chargers for best performance and safety.

Using an incompatible charger may damage the battery, cause risks, and void the warranty.

We support 30-day free returns & exchanges if:
