Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to the United States and most European countries, including:

United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, etc.

All orders containing batteries are shipped in compliance with UN38.3 and international safety regulations.

For European orders:

For US orders:

Shipping is delivered via domestic or international fulfillment; any applicable customs or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will reship or issue a refund after verification.
